Terms of Use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the gedu.co website and the international education consultancy services provided by Gedu Educational Services (“Gedu”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Services
Gedu provides guidance and support to students and families who wish to study abroad, including university placement, language programs, foundation and exchange programs, visa application support and relocation services. Specific services, fees and responsibilities may be set out in a separate service agreement signed with you. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.
2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
Admission decisions are made solely by the educational institutions, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates and immigration authorities. While we work to maximize your chances of success, Gedu cannot guarantee acceptance to any institution or program, the approval of any visa or permit, or any scholarship, grant or financial outcome.
Any success rates or statistics published on our website reflect our past results and do not guarantee future outcomes.
3. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- provide complete, accurate and truthful information and genuine documents;
- inform us promptly of any changes to your information or circumstances;
- meet the deadlines communicated to you for documents, payments and decisions;
- read and comply with the terms, conditions and policies of the institutions and authorities you apply to;
- attend interviews, tests and appointments as required.
Submitting false or forged documents may result in the rejection of applications, visa refusals or legal consequences, and Gedu may terminate its services immediately in such cases. Gedu is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
4. Fees and Payments
Information sessions and initial consultations may be offered free of charge. Fees for other services will be communicated to you in advance and/or set out in your service agreement.
Tuition fees, application fees, deposits, visa fees, accommodation, insurance and similar costs are charged by third parties and are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds of such payments are subject to the policies of the relevant institution or authority.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for Gedu’s own service fees are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated there, fees for services already performed are non-refundable.
6. Third-Party Institutions and Providers
We work with universities, schools, accommodation providers, insurance companies and other third parties. Gedu is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, program changes or cancellations of these third parties. Program details, fees and entry requirements are set by the institutions and may change without notice.
7. Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or reliability.
